Using your smartphone or computer, you can verify and prove the qualifications you hold at any time.
Please read the instructions below and make full use of this service.

※If you have newly become a certified member, the service will be available from the month following your certification date.

【How to Use】

1. Log in to the “Digital Certified Member Card” site

On the login page of the Digital Certified Member Card site, enter the information below to log in.
Please note that only certified members can log in.

Information required to log in
・ID number (10 digits)
・Date of birth (e.g., for someone born on April 1, 1990, enter 19900401)

※Your ID number is displayed when you log in to the “Member Management System” My Page and click “Personal Information.”

Username: The e-mail address you registered with
Password: The password you set yourself

2. Checking your “Certified Member Card”

・After logging in, the Digital Certified Member Card screen is displayed.
・Click [認定資格・Qualifications Held] at the bottom of the screen to go to
　the list of your certified qualifications.

・Click a certified qualification to display the PDF file of its certificate.
・Save or print the PDF file for your use.
・Click [認定会員証／Certified Member Card] at the bottom of the screen
　to return to the Digital Certified Member Card screen.

This is a sample of the Digital Certificate of Qualification screen.
By scanning the 2D code at the bottom of the certificate,
a third party can verify the qualification’s certification status.

Scanning the 2D code confirms that the qualification is currently certified.

※If you save a Digital Certificate of Qualification in advance and later cease to be a certified member,
　scanning the 2D code will display a message indicating that the qualification is no longer valid.

📝 Name Display and Changes

The Digital Member Card / Certificate of Qualification displays the name registered in My Page.

※If your name is registered with characters outside the Japanese Joyo Kanji (commonly used kanji), it may not display correctly due to system limitations. Thank you for your understanding.
※If you wish to change or correct your registered name, please apply using the form below.
