To apply, you need to register for a new "My Page" account./申請前需先註冊新的「我的頁面」帳號。

As previously informed, your "My Page" has already been created by our organization./如先前所通知，本會已為您建立了「我的頁面」。
Please do not register again. Instead, log in using the information below to complete your application./請勿重新註冊。請使用以下資訊登入後完成報名。
• Username/使用者名稱
The email address registered on the former members-only website (as of February 25, 2025)/您在舊會員制網站所登錄的電子郵件地址（截至2025年2月25日）
• Password/密碼
Your registered date of birth (in 8-digit format, e.g., April 1, 1990 → 19900401)/您所登錄的出生日期（西元8位數格式，例如1990年4月1日 → 19900401）
